Two houses, side by side, 210 and 212 West 2nd Street in Leadville, one and a half blocks from downtown shops and restaurants, and a quick drive to Safeway. Both the charming Alley Cottage and larger Neighbor House offer decks and interesting views of Leadville’s architecture and the mountains.

5 minutes away: the award winning paved Mineral Belt – a twelve mile biking, cross country skiing, walking trail. Abundant outdoor recreation all within 20 minutes: Turquoise Lake, Twin Lakes and Forebay, the Arkansas River, jeep trails, hiking, snow shoeing, and cross country ski trailheads.

The NEIGHBOR HOUSE.

Sitting side by side, BOTH HOUSES sleep 13 and would rent as a pair for $220/night with two-night minimum – or - $200/night for 5 plus nights.

Red House

In the style of a Swiss/French Country Home, this multi-story spacious mountain retreat abuts and overlooks miles of San Isabel National Forest containing hiking trails, beaver ponds and abundant wildlife. Bring your morning coffee out to the spacious front deck and watch herds of deer and elk.
