Deposit: 50% down - credit card, cert check or money order. Balance on arrival. There is a 1.9% county lodging tax on short term (less than 30 days) rental, 4% Lake County sales tax and 2.9% Colorado state sales tax for a total of 8.8% tax on the rental rate. Refunds on cancellation 100% of deposit if more than 15 days prior to rental dates and one half of the deposit if 15 days or less prior to reserved dates. There will be a $25 processing fee per house on all cancellations. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the full reserved rental period. We don?t believe in raising prices for high season. Longer term rentals and rates available.

...For your protection, as you submit monies on deposit for upcoming occupancy dates, it is agreed that if for any reason (e.g. ACT OF GOD, Property Sale) your house becomes unavailable, then all deposit monies are returned to you in full.

We love our pets. Bring your pet with prior arrangement. A credit card deposit will be required and there is an additional $15 per/animal cleaning charge. (some exceptions)
